Warranty & Return Policy:

1) Upon receiving any merchandise that is found to be defective, you must notify us within 3-days by email @: KKing004@tampabay.rr.com. (We reserve the right to substitute any item with a similar item @ any time).

2) You must return the merchandise to us, in the condition it was received, within 6-days of the delivery date in original packaging with invoice and manual(s). (However, manufacturers' warranties will supersede our warranty. In such cases, you must follow their return policy). Always send merchandise return receipt and insured.

3) Please ensure your name, address, email, and phone number are enclosed in the package and in your email notice to us. We will provide the shipping address via email.

4) State the exact problem and if you desire replacement or refund.
